Dynamic Stretching for Runners and Walkers

This excellent instructional video from Runner’s World shows six different stretching exercises that you can safely perform before running or walking:

Here are the six exercises:

  1. Walking Lunges
  2. Leg Lifts
  3. Butt-Kicks
  4. Pike Stretch
  5. Hacky-Sack
  6. Toy Soldier
