Treadmill walking at work

by Kirk Mahoney, Ph.D. on September 21, 2009

The presenter in this video says that Jeff Fiddler, M.D., walks in two-hour intervals on a treadmill while doing his work as a radiologist at Mayo Clinic:

Dr. Fiddler has already lost weight and gotten more energy from walking while working at his desk, which appears to be specially designed to fit around his treadmill.

I can imagine that Dr. Fiddler easily takes 10,000 steps per day.

Would you walk on a treadmill at work? Please leave a comment here. Thanks!
